Then they have to investigate and prosecute MACC officers for failing to carry out their statutory duties. MACC is set up under the Malaysian law to investigate and not to protect corrupt people. If they fail to investigate, they themselves are corrupt and could be prosecuted. We don’t pay them good money for them to protect corrupt people like Khir anak Toyo.
